The Erie County Health Department (ECHD) is a public health department located in Sandusky, Ohio. With 26 employees, the agency serves the residents of Erie County, focusing on protecting, promoting, and preserving their health and well-being. ECHD offers a wide range of services, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, dental care, WIC program support, immunizations, and community health worker services. As the area's only Federally Qualified Health Center, they also provide mental health and addiction treatment, encompassing counseling and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
