Engineering Tomorrow

Engineering Tomorrow is a United States-based organization headquartered in Boynton Beach, Florida. With a team of 65 employees, the company is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of engineers. Engineering Tomorrow provides free resources to high school classrooms across the country, introducing students to various engineering fields through hands-on teaching, virtual labs, and mentorship opportunities. These initiatives aim to bridge the skills gap and encourage greater diversity within the STEM workforce. In the 2023-2024 academic year, Engineering Tomorrow served over 500,000 students. Notably, 24% of students who participated in their programs went on to major in engineering as college freshmen, compared to a national average of 6%. Of these engineering students, 39% identified as Black/Hispanic, surpassing the national average of 16%, and 24% were female, compared to 22% nationally.
