Founded in 1981 as a subsidiary of Energy Concept, Enercept specializes in the manufacturing of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). With a team of 32 employees, Enercept has a long history in the building materials industry. Enercept designs and manufactures custom SIPs tailored to meet the specific requirements of timber frame construction projects, whether full or hybrid. These high-performance panels consist of an expanded polystyrene (EPS) core sandwiched between oriented strand board (OSB) skins, creating energy-efficient solutions for floors, walls, and roofs. Enercept offers various R-values for their SIPs, including standard 6” panels with an R-24.87 value, as well as R-40 and R-50 options for roof applications.
