EmployIndy

EmployIndy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the Workforce Investment Board for Marion County, EmployIndy operates the one-stop workforce development system for the region. Since 1983, EmployIndy has focused on supporting workforce development initiatives for diverse populations. EmployIndy administers federal, state, local, and private funds, exceeding $17 million annually, to support its mission. The organization oversees contracts with over 30 providers who deliver services to approximately 550 businesses and 2,500 individuals annually. EmployIndy assists over 40,000 Indianapolis residents each year through its network of one-stop centers and specialized initiatives.
