Elon Student Television

Elon Student Television (ESTV) is a student media organization at Elon University in North Carolina. The organization is comprised of 16 employees. ESTV is comprised of five student-produced television shows and is entirely run by students. It provides opportunities for students to gain real-world experience in various roles, including on-air talent, creative producing, technical aspects, and public relations. ESTV allows students to learn through hands-on creation, developing valuable skills while producing high-quality content outside of the traditional classroom setting. Founded in 1992 by former student Christopher Waters, ESTV provides hundreds of students each year with the chance to produce and manage original programming. Multiple shows have garnered national recognition and awards, including Emmys and other communications honors.
