Educational Council of Ucca

The Educational Council of Ucca is a charity based in New York City, New York. This small organization, with a team of five employees, brings together and advocates for nearly 30 Ukrainian American organizations spanning fraternal, educational, religious, cultural, veterans, and humanitarian sectors. UCCA provides a platform for these diverse organizations to unite and amplify their collective voice. They focus on advocating for the interests of the Ukrainian American community both domestically and internationally. The organization maintains local, all-volunteer chapters throughout the United States, ensuring a strong grassroots presence. With a national office in New York City and a Washington, D.C. bureau known as the Ukrainian National Information Service, UCCA actively engages in policy discussions and represents the community's perspectives on a national level. As a founding member of both the Ukrainian World Congress and the Central and East European Coalition, UCCA also works in collaboration with international and national organizations to advance the interests of the Ukrainian community.
