ECOLIFE Conservation

ECOLIFE Conservation is a non-profit organization based in Carlsbad, California. With 22 employees, the organization focuses on providing solutions that benefit both underserved communities and endangered wildlife globally. ECOLIFE Conservation's initiatives include the Fuel-Efficient Stoves Program, which aims to improve community health, wildlife protection, and resource conservation around UNESCO World Heritage Sites, particularly in Mexico where they focus on communities near the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve. In the United States, their Aquaponics Program educates youth and promotes community-based solutions to the environmental impact of industrial agriculture. Founded in 2003 by Conservation Biologist William Toone, ECOLIFE Conservation has a history of over 20 years dedicated to making a positive impact on people, habitats, and wildlife.
