DuPage County Health Department

The DuPage County Health Department is a government agency based in Wheaton, Illinois. Employing approximately 450 people, the organization serves the health needs of the approximately 932,000 residents of DuPage County. The DuPage County Health Department offers a wide range of services to protect and promote the health of its community. These services include immunization clinics and dental services, inspections of pools and restaurants, health education programs for students, disease outbreak investigations, preparedness for public health emergencies, testing and treatment for sexually-transmitted diseases, and behavioral health services. The Health Department is committed to providing accessible health services and operates Public Health Centers in Addison, Lombard, West Chicago, Westmont, and Wheaton. They also offer 24-hour support for mental health emergencies through their Crisis Intervention Unit.
