disABILITY Link

disABILITY LINK is a grassroots, non-medical organization based in Tucker, Georgia. It is a Center for Independent Living (CIL) with 43 employees. The organization serves persons with disabilities, their families, and communities throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties, including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnet, Henry, Newton, and Rockdale. disABILITY LINK provides five core services: advocacy, independent living skills, information & referral, peer counseling, and transitional services for youth to adulthood and individuals with disabilities transitioning from long-term settings. In addition to these core services, they offer many other programs. disABILITY LINK advocates for human rights and the inherent worth of each individual, promoting the inclusion and recognition of the talents and abilities of all individuals.
