Delta Diablo

Delta Diablo is a wastewater resource recovery agency headquartered in Antioch, California. The agency has 29 employees and generates approximately $50 million in annual revenue. Delta Diablo provides a wide range of services to an estimated 200,000 residents and businesses across Antioch, Bay Point, and Pittsburg. These services include wastewater treatment, recycled water production and distribution, street sweeping, and household hazardous waste collection. The agency treats an average of 19.5 million gallons of wastewater daily and has a recycled water treatment and distribution system that supplies up to 12 million gallons of tertiary-treated water daily. Recycled water is used for various purposes, including cooling for power generation plants, landscape irrigation, and offsetting demands on the Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta.
