Cube3

Cube³ is a small club based in San Jose, California, dedicated to the development of satellites and spacecraft. With a team of 9 employees, Cube³ provides students at San Jose State University with hands-on experience in the field of space exploration. The club focuses on the development of small satellites and nodes, with their flagship project being Project JAVELIN. This can-satellite was entirely designed and built by Cube³'s dedicated teams of mechanical, electrical, software, ground control, and rocketry engineers. Project JAVELIN is equipped to collect a variety of flight data including temperature, pressure, orientation, acceleration, velocity, camera footage, and GPS information, transmitting this data in real-time using radios. Cube³ fosters a strong connection between students and industry professionals, hosting speakers and connecting with alumni associated with organizations like NASA. The club aims to provide students with valuable real-world experience and a network within the space industry.
