Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA of Ulster) is a non-profit organization based in Kingston, New York. With a team of 60 employees, CASA of Ulster has grown to become a prominent voice for children in need within the local community. CASA of Ulster dedicates its efforts to providing essential support to abused and neglected children within the foster care system.
