Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement CNHA

The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) is a member-based, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization headquartered in Kapolei, Hawaii. CNHA is a national network of Native Hawaiian organizations dedicated to enhancing the cultural, economic, political, and community development of Native Hawaiians. CNHA offers a variety of programs and services, including a loan fund, capacity building services, leadership development programs, and financial education resources. They are a National Intermediary, providing grants and loans targeting underserved communities in Hawaii. CNHA also operates a HUD-Certified Housing Counseling agency, offering individualized financial counseling services, particularly for low and moderate-income families. CNHA serves as a strong voice on public policy issues impacting Native Hawaiians. Their mission is reflected in their 21 consecutive years of hosting the Annual Native Hawaiian Convention, which brings together community members, organizations, and leaders.
