Couillard Solar Foundation

Couillard Solar Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Deerfield, Wisconsin, with a small team of four employees. The foundation's mission is to support Wisconsin-based non-profit organizations in adopting renewable energy solutions. They achieve this by providing grants to help make solar energy installations more affordable for these organizations. Since its inception in 2017, CSF has assisted over 100 non-profits across various sectors, including churches, schools, libraries, service organizations, and programs focused on essential needs such as food and shelter. Couillard Solar Foundation primarily operates through two programs: Solar for Good and Solar on Schools. These initiatives directly supply solar panels to projects, significantly reducing installation costs. In addition, CSF is actively expanding its reach through an outreach program inspired by the Array It Forward movement in Wisconsin.
