Cornell University Chorus

Cornell University Chorus is a student-run organization based in Ithaca, New York. Established in 1920, the Chorus consists of six employees and has grown into one of the nation's premier treble choirs. The Cornell University Chorus performs a wide-ranging repertoire spanning eight centuries and over a dozen languages. Their diverse musical selections encompass masses, motets, spirituals, folksongs, world music, jazz, and both classical and contemporary pieces. Notably, since 2003, the Chorus has focused on commissioning new works from women composers, enriching the contemporary repertoire for treble voices.
