Cook County Higher Education (CCHE) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Grand Marais, Minnesota. Established in 1996, CCHE is a small organization with a dedicated team of three employees. CCHE focuses on providing accessible higher education opportunities to the residents of its rural community.
