Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO) is a non-profit organization based in Willowbrook, Illinois. Founded in 1988, CISCO operates with a team of 15 employees. CISCO is a labor management association dedicated to fostering cooperative relationships between labor unions and signatory contractor associations within the Unionized construction trades. Their membership encompasses 8,000 Union contractors and 140,000 Union construction workers across Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane and Kendall Counties. CISCO aims to strengthen the Unionized construction market in the Chicagoland area. CISCO believes that labor-management collaboration directly contributes to market share within the construction industry.
