Community Care of the Sandhills

Community Care of the Sandhills (CCS) is a non-profit organization based in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Established as a 501(c)3 in May 2003, CCS is a local network within the larger Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) program. With a team of three employees, CCS focuses on providing care management services to Medicaid recipients in a seven-county rural area. CCS specializes in managing care for Medicaid beneficiaries in Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, and Scotland counties.
