The Community Action Program of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, Inc. (CAPE) is a private, non-profit corporation located in Evansville, Indiana. Established in 1965, CAPE serves Vanderburgh, Posey, and Gibson Counties, providing a wide range of services to improve the lives of residents. CAPE offers various programs designed to meet diverse community needs.
