Columbus Regional Hospital

Columbus Regional Health is a non-profit health system located in Columbus, Indiana. With over 2,200 employees, it is one of the largest employers in the region. The system serves a 10-county area in southeastern Indiana. Its flagship facility, Columbus Regional Hospital, is a 225-bed hospital offering emergency and surgical services as well as comprehensive care in a wide range of specialties. Columbus Regional Health provides a variety of services, including primary and specialty care physician services through its Columbus Regional Health Physicians network. The health system also operates a unified electronic medical record system, Epic, for both inpatient and outpatient services. Columbus Regional Health distinguishes itself through its commitment to patient-centered care, evident in numerous recognitions such as the National Committee for Quality Assurance's recognition for outstanding patient-centered medical home practices.
