Colorado Senate

The Colorado Senate is a legislative body located in Denver, Colorado. It consists of thirty-five Senators, elected to serve four-year terms. The Colorado Senate's primary role is to enact legislation for the state of Colorado. Senators represent their constituents and participate in debates, committee hearings, and voting on bills. The Senate staff, comprised of both partisan and nonpartisan employees, supports the Senators in their legislative duties.
