Colorado Department of Agriculture Markets Division

The Colorado Department of Agriculture Markets Division is a department of the Colorado Department of Agriculture, located in Westminster, Colorado. The Markets Division employs 12 people and generates around $100 million in revenue. The Markets Division supports Colorado food and agricultural businesses by facilitating the sale of their products within Colorado and across national and international markets. This includes providing market news on livestock and produce, overseeing nine market orders, and grading and inspecting fruits and vegetables. The Markets Division also actively promotes Colorado wines through the Colorado Wine Board. In addition to its core functions, the Markets Division manages the USDA Specialty Block Crop Grant and the Enrich Colorado Agriculture Grant.
