Circle de Luz

Circle de Luz is a non-profit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a small organization with four employees, Circle de Luz has generated $2.5 million in annual revenue. Circle de Luz focuses on providing crucial support to under-resourced Latino youth through a unique six-year mentorship program. Each year, the organization selects approximately eight Latina students in seventh grade and guides them through their high school graduation. This comprehensive program incorporates nearly 55 annual program experiences designed around three core themes: Academic Support and College Readiness, Personal Development, and Community Awareness & Engagement.
