Christian Community Health Center

Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Chicago, Illinois, operating as a federally qualified health center (FQHC). Founded in 1991, CCHC employs 178 individuals and generates an annual revenue of $8.4 million.
