Childrens Chorus of Maryland School of Music

Children's Chorus of Maryland School of Music is a respected music education and performance program based in Towson, Maryland. The organization is comprised of a small team of three employees. Since its founding in 1976 by Betty Bertaux, CCM has grown into a leading program for choral music education, serving children ages 5 1/2 to 17. CCM offers a comprehensive curriculum that teaches children to read, write, and sing music. In addition to vocal performance classes, students participate in music history, theory, and literacy instruction. The program is led by Artistic Director Susan Bialek and a team of highly qualified teachers who provide individualized attention in small class settings.
