Change Inc. is a community-based organization located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a merger of two organizations, both originally founded to serve at-risk youth and families. Change Inc. provides educational, training, and healing opportunities for children, youth, and families. Their mission is to create a world in which children, youth, and young adults, regardless of their place of birth or economic resources, succeed in school and grow to their full potential. Change Inc. believes that relationships are the key to change. Their program activities, based on strong relationships and trust, holistically ensure their students are cognitively, socially, and emotionally equipped to succeed in school and life.
