Central County Fire Department

The Central County Fire Department is a public service organization based in Burlingame, California. The department employs 25 people and generates $50 million in annual revenue. Central County Fire Department provides a range of emergency and non-emergency services to the communities of Burlingame, Hillsborough, and Millbrae. These services include fire suppression, rescue operations, emergency medical care, operational training, fire prevention and investigation, and community education. They serve a population of approximately 70,000 residents across a 15 square mile area. The department operates six strategically located fire stations, an administrative headquarters, and a training tower. The department staffs six fire engines and one ladder truck around the clock.
