Center for Sports Leadership Innovation UTAustin

The Center for Sports Leadership Innovation UTAustin is a company based in Austin, Texas, with a team of 5 to 9 employees. Established in 2014, the Center focuses on developing leadership and character within student-athletes nationwide. CSLi offers a variety of programs designed to enhance leadership skills and ethical decision-making. Their flagship programs include CLEAT, a one-day training session for coaches, and Captains Academy, a leadership training program for high school sports captains within the Austin Independent School District. The Center also offers a Fellowship Program designed to cultivate leadership in exemplary students across the University of Texas campus. In addition to these programs, CSLi has partnered with UT Athletics to develop a curriculum focused on financial literacy and responsible decision-making for all University of Texas students, with a particular emphasis on incoming freshman student-athletes.
