CenCal Health is a not-for-profit agency based in Santa Barbara, California, providing comprehensive health coverage to residents of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. With nearly 400 employees, CenCal Health has served the community since 1983. CenCal Health partners with over 1,500 local physicians and providers to deliver quality patient care to members enrolled in Medi-Cal. They cover one in three residents of Santa Barbara County and one in four residents of San Luis Obispo County. The organization collaborates with community-based organizations to address social determinants of health, increasing members' access to medical care and reducing costs.
