CATHOLIC CAMPUS MINISTRY ASSOCIATION

The Catholic Campus Ministry Association is a national organization based in Easton, Pennsylvania, composed of four employees. It serves as a professional resource for Catholic campus ministers, supporting their work in fostering a vibrant Catholic presence on college campuses. CCMA provides a range of programs and resources designed to equip campus ministers for their vital role. These include the CCMA Certification Program, offering a structured pathway for professional growth, and LAUNCH, an orientation experience for new and early-career ministers. The organization also hosts CALLED, the National Conference, a significant gathering for campus ministers across the US. In addition to these large-scale events, CCMA offers ongoing support through weekly Zoom Office Hours, regional gatherings known as CCMA One-Days, as well as facilitated Advent and Lenten retreats. CCMA's mission is to guide campus ministers in implementing a comprehensive vision of ministry as outlined in the 1985 U.S. Catholic Bishops’ Pastoral Letter, *Empowered by the Spirit: Campus Ministry Faces the Future*. This commitment to a holistic approach aims to create a welcoming and enriching Catholic environment on college campuses, ultimately fostering a culture of vocations.
