Camp Dream Street MS

Camp Dream Street MS is a non-profit organization located in Utica, Mississippi. Founded in 1975, the camp is dedicated to providing a fun and inclusive environment for children with physical disabilities. With a staff of three employees, Camp Dream Street MS generates an annual revenue of $50 million. Camp Dream Street MS offers a unique summer camp experience for children between the ages of eight and fourteen with physical disabilities. Campers come from Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and West Tennessee. The camp welcomes children with a variety of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, limb deficiencies, spinal cord injuries, communicative disorders, and other developmental disabilities. Each summer, approximately sixty children participate in the overnight program. The camp's mission is to create a space where children with physical disabilities can simply be children, free from labels or limitations.
