California Life Sciences Association (CLS) is a membership organization based in South San Francisco, California. CLS is comprised of 107 employees and works to support companies of all sizes within the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology fields. CLS serves as an advocate for the life sciences sector, supporting the innovation pipeline and working to improve access to breakthrough technologies. They work closely with universities, research institutions, the investment community, and other partners to promote the vibrant life sciences ecosystem. CLS strives to shape public policy, educate lawmakers, and advance equity within the ecosystem by championing innovative solutions for pressing challenges.
