Building Advantage

Building Advantage is a non-profit organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With a team of three employees, Building Advantage was created by The Construction Labor Management Council of Southeast Wisconsin and serves a large network of nearly 20,000 tradespeople, 600 contractors, and six management associations throughout the state. Building Advantage actively promotes the benefits of hiring union construction contractors and tradespeople. They strive to increase awareness of the high quality and expertise offered by union labor within the construction industry. Their primary focus is on connecting union construction professionals with opportunities and securing jobs for their members. Building Advantage works collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, contractor associations, labor leaders, politicians, developers, architects, and owners. This broad network allows Building Advantage to effectively advocate for union construction and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
