Brewster Place

Brewster Place is a non-profit organization located in southwest Topeka, Kansas. It is one of three entities operating under the umbrella of The Congregational Home, a faith-based 501(c)3 corporation founded in 1959. The organization is committed to enhancing the quality of life at all stages, through education, research, and services. Brewster Place offers a comprehensive range of housing and care options on its 30-acre campus. Residents can choose from 160 independent living homes, 70 congregate apartments, and 28 assisted living apartments. The Brewster Health Center, a 79-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, provides a full spectrum of services, including two levels of secure dementia care, restorative nursing, rehabilitation, therapy, adult day services, and inpatient hospice. The Brewster Health Center is distinguished by its high-quality care. It holds a 5-Star Quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and has received the PEAK Award from the Kansas Department on Aging for its dedication to person-centered care.
