Brattleboro Food Coop

Brattleboro Food Coop is a worker-owned cooperative grocery store located in Brattleboro, Vermont. Founded in 1975 as a small buying club, the cooperative now operates a 14,580 square foot natural foods market and deli. The store is part of a larger complex that also houses cooperative offices, a commissary kitchen, a cooking classroom, and 24 apartments. The Brattleboro Food Coop opened its current location in June 2012. The Co-op offers a wide range of groceries with an emphasis on healthy, locally grown, organic, and fair-trade products. They aim to provide reasonably priced food and products while fostering a welcoming community marketplace. In addition to groceries, the store includes a deli.
