Boston Housing is a public housing authority located in Boston, Massachusetts. As the largest landlord in Boston and the largest public housing authority in New England, the organization employs 327 individuals and generates an estimated $500 million in annual revenue. Boston Housing provides affordable housing to approximately 10 percent of Boston's residents through a variety of programs. These include conventional public housing, as well as the administration of several rental assistance programs such as the federal Section 8 Voucher Program and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program.
