BorderLight International Theatre Fringe Festival is a non-profit organization based in Cleveland, Ohio. With a team of 5 employees, the organization is dedicated to bringing innovative theatrical experiences to audiences. Annually, the organization presents a standalone BorderLight Fringe Festival, featuring work from a variety of theatrical styles.
