Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) is a privately held company based in Lexington, Kentucky. Founded in 1998 by Brian McCarty and Bruce Drake, BHG has grown to become a prominent restaurant group in the region, employing over 1,300 team members. BHG operates six distinct restaurant concepts: Malone’s, Malone’s Prime Events & Receptions, Harry’s, Aqua Sushi, Drake’s, and OBC Kitchen.
