Who is Birmingham Regional EMS System BREMSS
The Birmingham Regional Emergency Medical Services System (BREMSS) is a component of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Health System. Governed by a board comprised of representatives from local governments, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and EMS provider groups, BREMSS serves a seven-county region in north-central Alabama.
