Bedford School District

The Bedford School District is a public school system serving the town of Bedford, Massachusetts. The district employs approximately 70 people and educates around 2,900 students. Bedford Public Schools is comprised of four schools: Bedford High School, which serves grades 9-12; John Glenn Middle School, for grades 6-8; Lt. Job Lane School, for grades 3-5; and Lt. Eleazer Davis School, for pre-kindergarten through grade 2. The district prides itself on recent renovations and additions to its schools, including a complete renovation for Bedford High School, John Glenn Middle School, and Lt. Job Lane School. The student body at Bedford Public Schools is diverse, representing students from Bedford, Hanscom Air Force Base, and Boston through the METCO desegregation program.
