Beaver Racing

Beaver Racing is a student-run organization based in Corvallis, Oregon, comprised of four employees. The team functions as Oregon State University's Baja SAE racing team. Since 1978, Beaver Racing has participated in SAE competitions, consistently placing in the Top 10 since the early 2000s. The team designs, builds, and races off-road vehicles, aiming to simulate real-world engineering design projects. They compete against other teams to have their design accepted for manufacture by a fictional firm. Beaver Racing offers students the opportunity to apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios, developing technical and interpersonal skills.
