Atlantic Technical College

Atlantic Technical College is a public secondary and post-secondary institution located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Established in 1973, the college serves over 5,000 students across a 30-acre campus. Atlantic Technical College is governed by the School Board of Broward County, Florida, and the Florida Department of Education. The college offers over forty Certificate and Applied Technology Diploma programs, along with continuing workforce education courses, all concentrated in eight high-demand occupational clusters. These clusters include Automotive Technology, Building Trades, Business/Computer Technology, Culinary Arts, Health Sciences, Metal Fabrication Technology, Industrial Technical Education, and Technical Magnet High School. Atlantic Technical College provides cooperative training opportunities in many of its programs and coordinates the largest apprenticeship training program in the state. The college's Technical Magnet High School is a National Model School, recognized by the International Center for Leadership in Education. This unique program immerses students in a rigorous and challenging learning environment with a focus on career-oriented electives.
