ASUW Associated Students of the University of Wyoming

ASUW Associated Students of the University of Wyoming is a student government organization based in Laramie, Wyoming. Composed of 14 employees, ASUW is a student-run organization that operates similarly to a democratic system with an executive, legislative, and judicial branch. ASUW provides a variety of programs and services to enhance the student experience at the University of Wyoming. These include ASTEC, Homecoming, Freshman Senate, RSO Funding Board, Special Project Grants, Student Legal Services, Financial Literacy Program, Interfraternity Council, Non-Traditional Student Council, College Panhellenic Council, and United Multicultural Council. The organization's executive branch, comprised of the President, Vice President, and nine other executive students, focuses on overseeing programs, services, and legislative action. The legislative branch, consisting of the Vice President and 30 senators, is responsible for creating and enacting bills and resolutions to improve the student experience.
