Asian Pacific American Resource Center APARC at University of Minnesota

The Asian Pacific American Resource Center APARC at University of Minnesota is a small organization located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Employing four individuals, APARC is dedicated to supporting Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. APARC serves AAPI students by providing a variety of resources and support services. These include quiet study spaces, computers and printers, a kitchen, a student lounge, and a conference room. APARC staff and student leaders are available to provide academic support, guidance navigating college life, and a welcoming space for community building. APARC distinguishes itself through its commitment to affirming AAPI identities and empowering student voices. The center works in collaboration with various campus offices and student organizations to create a supportive environment for AAPI students to thrive. As an AANAPISI initiative, APARC is specifically designed to support the success of AAPI students in their academic and personal journeys.
