Ascendant Neighborhood Development

Ascendant Neighborhood Development (AND) is a company based in New York, New York, with six employees. Founded in 1988, the organization has a long history of working to improve communities in Northern Manhattan. They have successfully transformed 22 vacant buildings and constructed five new buildings, including three specifically for low-income seniors.
