Arc GLOW

Arc GLOW is a private, nonprofit organization based in Mount Morris, New York. Founded by parents and friends of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, the organization serves up to 2,000 individuals across Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming counties. With over 1,700 employees, Arc GLOW is a significant employer in the region. Arc GLOW offers a wide range of services designed to help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) reach their full potential. These services encompass assessment, health, educational, therapeutic, supportive, vocational, and residential support.
