Arabic Summer Academy

The Arabic Summer Academy is a small, United States-based organization dedicated to fostering Arabic language proficiency. Employing between 5 and 9 people, the academy focuses on providing a comprehensive Arabic learning experience. Each year, the academy welcomes 50 high school students from Boston Public Schools and neighboring institutions for an intensive four-week program. The academy's core offering is a four-week intensive Arabic language course designed specifically for high school students. Through this program, students gain fluency in Arabic, developing their conversational, reading, and writing skills. The academy's curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of its student population, providing a rigorous yet engaging learning environment. Operating under a grant from the National Security Language Initiative's STARTALK Project, the Arabic Summer Academy is committed to increasing Arabic language proficiency among young people.
