American Association of Blacks in Energy

The American Association of Blacks in Energy is a non-profit association based in Washington, DC. Founded in 1977, the organization has grown to encompass over 1,600 members from all sectors of the energy industry. The association's mission centers on ensuring that the perspectives of African Americans and other minorities are represented in energy policy discussions and developments. AABE provides a platform for professionals to analyze energy policy and its impact on underrepresented communities.
