Alice Paul Institute

The Alice Paul Institute is a not-for-profit organization based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Founded in 1984 as the Alice Paul Centennial Foundation, the Institute is dedicated to celebrating the life and work of Alice Paul, a leading figure in the fight for women's suffrage. With seven staff members, dozens of volunteers, and a board of directors, the Institute carries on Paul's legacy through various programs and initiatives. The Alice Paul Institute focuses on furthering gender equality and recognizing organizations and historical sites that champion women's achievements. They utilize Paulsdale, the Institute's headquarters and a National Historic Landmark, as a platform for leadership development programs.
