ACT of Connecticut

ACT of Connecticut is a non-profit professional theatre based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Founded in 2018, ACT of CT is led by Katie Diamond, Daniel C. Levine, and Bryan Perri. The theatre employs 11 people and generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. ACT of CT presents a variety of productions at the Diamond Properties Performing Arts Center and Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Auditorium. These include limited engagement runs of popular musicals, as well as world-premiere plays and musicals from up-and-coming writers and composers. In addition to its mainstage productions, ACT of Connecticut offers several unique programs. These include an annual series showcasing new works, a "Broadway Unplugged" series, and a comprehensive education program. This program encompasses individual training, masterclasses, summer camp, professional workshops, and a year-round conservatory program for high school students.
